ANUSURA YOGA


Anusara means "to flow with grace". An exceptional system of hatha yoga created by John Friend, Anusara is based upon the ancient non-dual philosophy of India celebrating the heart. Moving with the breath while connection to the heart, Anusara honors the body and mind's deep connection to our spirits. Classes are challenging and rewarding, designed to be appropriate to the class level, respecting every student's ability to grow with ease.

In this unique style of yoga the poses are filled with vitality, continually unfolding with deeper and deeper meaning for our lives. The teachings are woven into the fabric of clear, precise principles of alignment and energetic action.
